Jeff's characters seem to have a life of their own. "Ida, would
you like some more hot water for your tea?"

Cletus the Possum is making fast friends with a nursing
home resident as he whispers sweet nothings into her ear!

Tex -- with a
goofy voice, this donkey is a favorite of children of all ages. He
loves shredded wheat and Chinese food and is deathly afraid of sharks.
Tex is fun-loving and enjoyable.

Slim Chance --
this delightful cowboy is sure to charm you with his Texas charm.
His mother named him Slim and named his brother, Fat, so you know she
didn't think either one had much of a chance!

Nutsy-- has a voice like Pat Buttram (Mr. Haney on the old Green
Acres TV show). He is every bit of what his name suggests.

Fudgie-- here is a kindly old man with funny stories to share for
young and old.

Major Dale E. Payne (USMC-Retired)
Serving
as a greeter in his church, this grumpy old soul is fast becoming a favorite
of children and adults alike. He is so grouchy looking you can't help
but laugh just looking at him! Jeff is helping him learn to be nice.
Good luck with that, Jeff!
Ida Clair
--
this delightful, soft-spoken senior Southern Belle has plenty of
opinions about people, and life. Did I say gossip? You'll love
hearing all about her adventures with her best friend, Amanda Hugandkiss.
Simon Simpleton-
Ok, so he is not the sharpest pencil in the case, but he has an
innocent charm that you are sure to love. Simon is as simple as simple
can get but you'll discover that simple is fun!
Dolly
"How are ya, doll?" With a voice that is a cross between Fran Drescher
(of the Nanny) and Roz (the clerk in Monsters Inc.), this lively and
outspoken "gal" (not so much a lady) is sure to make you laugh out
loud!
Louie Wolf

Louie is the
newest member of the Merryheart gang. He is the brother of the
"big bad wolf" and has lots of stories to tell to set the record straight
about wolves. A card-carrying member of WADL, the wolf anti-defamation
league, he'll have you howling with laughter at his explanation of familiar
fairy tales such as Little Red Riding Hood, or the Three Little Pigs.
