A
merry heart is good medicine.
"People who laugh actually live longer than those who don’t laugh. Few persons realize that health actually varies according to the among of laughter." - James J. Walsh
A recent study at the Center for Preventive Cardiology at the University of Maryland hospital in Baltimore found that the greater the amount and intensity of your laughter, the less you risk being affected by a heart attack. This is because the endorphin-like substance released in the brain affects blood pressure and the heart in a healthy way and keeps us in good shape.
